Basch Helps was pleased to attend the Homeless Families Conference: Dare to Hope 2026, hosted by the Shared Health Foundation.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the organisers for providing us with the opportunity to participate and exhibit our work. Having a dedicated space allowed us to engage directly with attendees, raise awareness of our services, and contribute to important conversations surrounding support for families experiencing hardship.
The event also provided a valuable opportunity to connect with neighbouring baby banks and charitable organisations, exchange insight, and strengthen relationships across the sector. These interactions are essential in ensuring that support remains collaborative, responsive, and informed by the real challenges families are facing today.
The conference sessions offered important perspectives on the current issues impacting families, including housing instability, financial pressures, and access to support services. Staying engaged with these conversations is key to ensuring that our work continues to reflect the needs of the communities we serve.
For Basch Helps, the event was also a significant moment in raising awareness of our organisation and the services we provide — particularly in front of a distinguished audience of sector professionals, partners, and decision-makers.
💬 Looking Ahead
We are grateful to have been part of such a meaningful and impactful event and hope to participate again next year, should the opportunity arise.
