The Mama Panel is about empowering mothers from all backgrounds and life experiences to become a vital voice within Basch Helps.
It creates an opportunity for mothers to actively collaborate with us contributing to discussions, sharing insights, and helping shape the direction of our services. Through their experiences, they provide meaningful feedback that helps us strengthen our outreach, refine our support, and improve the journey for future AngelBox families.
Whether it’s helping us enhance our after‑care support or offering input on new additions to the AngelBox, Mama Panel members play a central role in our continued growth.

The Mama Panel is made up of mothers who are or have been recipients of our AngelBox flagship community service.

This special Mama Panel session marks five years of Basch Helps — a moment to pause, reflect, and look ahead together.
Over the past five years, Basch Helps has supported thousands of families through AngelBox emergency relief and parent‑led spaces built on dignity, choice, and compassion. This session is an opportunity to look back at what has worked, reflect on shared experiences, and most importantly, hear directly from parents about how our services have supported them — and how they can continue to grow.
This is a safe, respectful space for parents to share honest feedback, ideas, and recommendations about AngelBox and our parent support and online community spaces. Your voice helps shape the future of Basch Helps and ensures our services continue to reflect real needs, lived experiences, and meaningful impact.
