MAMA Panel
Basch Helps CIC is organically growing and succeeding as a frontline community service provider, delivering the very finest emergency relief packages to the most vulnerable newborn’s throughout the Greater London area.
We are deeply immersed in providing the earliest possible intervention for babies up to the age of 12 months and have seen a steady increase in awareness and applicants for our service throughout the boroughs of our great city.
Our AngelBox team works with real families that have encountered real life changing situations and how things positively transformed for them and their baby once an AngelBox was delivered to their door and the support received afterwards and to further help our growth and to improve on our service delivery and gauge our beneficiaries better, our organisation has established the MAMA panel.
MAMA = Mothers Awareness & Monitoring Advisory
The MAMA panel is all about empowering mothers of all ages and from any background to be our voice of reason and actively collaborate with us on a range of activities, debates and support the efforts of Basch Helps CIC by elevating our outreach and providing critical information and feedback on how better to improve our service for the benefit of all future AngelBox applicants.
Whether it’s helping us improve our after-care support service or trialling new additions to the AngelBox, they inevitably are our true champions that share the same compassion and believe in our mission and together we will fight child poverty, so that the future generations can thrive and survive in a fair and equal manner.
The mums and their newborn’s are at the heart of everything Basch Helps CIC is trying to achieve for our flagship community service. Their continuous insight will play a commendable role in building AngelBox, they ask the tough questions and together we formulate the right answers to improve every step of the baby and mum journey into toddlerhood.
All our panellists are previous applicants
Everyone on our MAMA panel has been invited to participate and volunteer as a panellist because they are or have been a recipient of our AngelBox flagship community service, their newborn’s are truly flourishing as a result of the emergency relief package provided by our community service.
Basch Helps CIC firmly believes that if we are to continue making a significant impact in London by providing a high level of early intervention, we simply must continually review and monitor our AngelBox service with the backing of real mums with the sole aim of improving and growing our outreach and service especially for our principal beneficiaries the babies.
What is expected as a MAMA panellist
All our panellists are real mums, that have experienced and relied upon our AngelBox service in the past, collectively their opinions, thoughtful guidance and determination to help us improve our community service works as our sole voice of reason.
Meeting on a quarterly basis with the freedom to express their thoughts as well as take part in testing and reviewing new products we propose to improve our offerings as part of our emergency relief package.
Our MAMA panellists also take part in service improvement discussions with key members of the AngelBox team. Each panellist works incredibly hard and is given the opportunity to share in the debate and discuss mum related topics and how AngelBox sincerely gave their newborn a better quality of life.
Lastly they work as ambassadors in their local community by promoting our AngelBox service to mothers and their babies at community gatherings, places of worship and even in the school playground to name a few examples.
Most importantly our MAMA panel is packed with diversity, knowledge and expertise. The invitation to join our panel of mummy experts is open to all previous recipients of an AngelBox or are currently still receiving after-care support by a caseworker.
