5 years of real positive change
66% NHS Referrals – 34% Parent Self-Referrals: Every AngelBox contains a one months supply of nappies, 65 brand new baby essentials and baby equipment. All chosen by the parents as per their needs ensuring that 100% of funds received are practical and provide maximum benefit to the beneficiary

Parents tell us that AngelBox support arrives when they need it most — offering practical help, dignity, and reassurance during difficult moments. Families consistently share how having baby essentials ready removes stress, restores confidence, and helps them focus on caring for their baby without judgement or delay.

I think the angel box is incredible service because it is offering brand new items for babies, delivered in such a short time! Normally for the families I am supporting, I am using baby banks and organisations such as Little Village which are all amazing but the items are not new and the process can take longer. I was amazed at how quickly the angel boxes can be delivered and it makes such a different to myself and the families I support that the orders are delivered to where the families I support live. There was some delay with the order I placed, however Bader was super helpful, rectified this and offered wonderful customer service.

Such a wonderful service. The communication with staff/volunteers is always excellent. The women we refer are desperately anxious about being able to provide for their baby, and it makes a huge difference to have brand new things they can choose for their baby. Often they feel forgotten and uncared for by society, and this service goes a long way towards reminding them that they are cared for and valued.

So impressed with this service from start to finish you have been outstanding.
Bader was very polite, helpful and friendly on the phone, answering any queries
I had about the service and the process.
As a referrer I was kept in the loop throughout with emails confirming the referral, items and the delivery. Such a fast, quick, efficient service for vulnerable clients. Highly recommend, incredible service and look forward to working with you again in the future.
Thank you!

It's becoming so difficult to look after my lil one... I've had calls from other charities that we're supposed to help me months ago but didn't and if Basch Helps didn't show up that evening I wouldn't know how to feed my 10 month old boy let alone for the rest of the week. What you do is a godsend and your staff are genuine and thats hard to find in my area and I look forward to seeing you again.

Absolutely wasn’t expecting this. Everything is brand new and it’s not like one or two nappies and a few bits of tatty clothes. Everything was my choice which I’ve really never had the privilege to do so. What’s even better is the team that came along, who saw I had a second child and offered him an AngelBox too. I recommend this charity to anyone who is struggling. Thank you Basch Helps

I always wanted the best for my unborn baby but it’s difficult affording things at the mo. I go everyday to the high street and just window shop the shelves wishing my baby can have these things. A friend told me about you guys and how you care so I gave it ago and now i’m literally the happiest mum because my baby has everything including a cot, I’m ready to bring him out and love him Thanks Basch Helps

I spoke with the family today and mum expressed her thanks to me for the referral to your organisation. Mother says she was very grateful for the resources that were provided and even more so for the care and attention she received from the workers who delivered the parcel. Mother says she felt listened to and had another contact for people who are genuinely willing to support her family .
Thanks team for your continued support for our clients

Wonderful service, the parent was quite isolated and the AngelBox is a massive help with respect to her newborn child. The response to my referral was swift & clear. I felt confident to ask any questions. The parent was more than grateful so I extend my thanks on her behalf. Bader was very professional and helpful. I’ve shared this resource to my colleagues to consider with the families they work with.

I could not have had a better or smoother experience referring a woman I work with for help. From the straightforward referral form to the excellent communication and support from the staff, to the speedy deliveries of the supplies, plus then offering more help – this is an invaluable organisation. Thank You!

My mum and I love you so much, my AngelBox was delivered by the loveliest team ever, who explained everything and setup the baby walker and high-chair for me and my baby literally cried when they left LOL
We help babies feel safe, comforted, and cared for when life feels uncertain. Through AngelBox, we provide essentials like warm clothing, blankets, cots, feeding equipment, breast pumps, and sensory toys — supporting rest, comfort, and early development when families are under pressure. These items help babies settle, sleep, and grow during moments when stability matters most.
Cleanliness is about more than hygiene — it’s about dignity and comfort. AngelBox provides nappies, wipes, toiletries, bath wash, lotion, towels, sponges, and baby bath tubs so families can care for their baby with confidence, even in crisis. These essentials help keep babies clean, comfortable, and protected, while restoring a sense of normality during difficult times.
Every baby deserves to feel safe. We support protection by providing practical items such as cots, baby carriers, blankets, and safe equipment that help create secure routines at home. These essentials reduce risk, support safe sleep and movement, and give parents reassurance — especially when their circumstances feel unstable or overwhelming.
When parents receive an AngelBox — including essentials like a cot, baby carrier, sensory toy, and everyday baby items — it removes a significant financial burden at a critical time. The money families would otherwise spend on these essentials is often redirected towards food security, urgent bills, reducing debt, or covering rent and household costs. This relief helps parents stabilise their situation, make safer choices, and focus on caring for their baby rather than facing impossible financial trade‑offs.
Parenting during hardship can feel isolating and overwhelming. We provide reassurance, listening, and compassionate support that helps parents feel seen, heard, and less alone. Through AngelBox and our parent support services, we create space for parents to breathe, talk, and regain confidence during difficult moments.
We believe parents’ voices matter. Through our Mama Panel and online parent blog, we create safe, respectful spaces where London parents can share lived experiences, reflect openly, and contribute to meaningful conversations about pregnancy, parenting, and family life. These spaces allow parents to discuss NHS services, community support, and real‑life challenges — helping shape better services, raise awareness, and ensure parent voices are heard, valued, and acted upon.
London’s health and support systems can be complex and hard to navigate — especially in crisis. We help parents understand their options, access NHS services, and connect with local community support. By offering clear guidance and trusted signposting, we reduce confusion and help parents take the next step with confidence.

Every AngelBox is different — because every family is different.
Our baby essentials and baby equipment are tailored to each parent’s needs, recognising that parents know what is best for their newborn or toddler. Families are supported to choose the items that are right for them, ensuring AngelBox support is practical, respectful, and genuinely useful.
All items provided through AngelBox are brand new, boxed, and fully traceable, meeting the highest standards of health and safety compliance. This approach ensures every item is fit for purpose, safe to use, and appropriate for each child’s stage of development. By providing only what is needed, we eliminate waste — ensuring zero wastage, maximum impact, and dignity for every family we support.

AngelBox exists because London remains one of the most expensive and unequal places in the UK to raise a child.
Latest data shows that over one in three children in London are growing up in poverty, with families facing the highest housing costs, childcare costs, and living expenses in the country.
Financial pressure during pregnancy and the first years of life is placing increasing strain on parents’ physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing — often at the same time NHS and local authority services are stretched.
Since launching, Basch Helps has supported over 10,000 newborns and toddlers through AngelBox emergency relief, responding to rising referrals from health professionals, community services, and frontline partners. AngelBox provides immediate, preventative support at the earliest point of need — reducing risk, alleviating crisis, and helping families stabilise — while complementing statutory services and strengthening early intervention across London.

Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do at Basch Helps CIC. By giving time, care, and practical support, our volunteers help ensure babies and families receive the help they need during some of life’s most challenging moments. From supporting AngelBox deliveries to helping behind the scenes, volunteers play a vital role in turning community care into real action.
Volunteering with Basch Helps offers more than the chance to help others — it’s also an opportunity to gain skills, build confidence, and feel part of a supportive community. Volunteers often tell us they value the sense of purpose, connection, and impact that comes from knowing their time directly supports families locally. Whether you can offer a little time or ongoing support, volunteering with us is a meaningful way to make a difference while learning, growing, and contributing to positive change.
