Over the summer, our teams will be conducting a survey about vaccine uptake in the Borough of Westminster.
If you reside in Westminster or travel frequently to the area, we kindly ask that you either participate during your first telephone assessment or when your delivery team arrive with your AngelBox.
The survey is completely non-intrusive and will also give you a chance to openly discuss your views and concerns about coronavirus or the vaccines available. For your time and for a LIMITED TIME only, residents of or those who travel to Westminster who participate or book their first, second or booster vaccination will be double rewarded for their efforts with a free top-up activation for their newborn and a specially designed vanity bag filled with goodies.
