Can you believe it’s been 3 years since we first established our community enterprise and delivered our very first AngelBox emergency relief package to a wonderful family that resides in the borough of Westminster and although we’ve adapted our community services many times to suit the needs of our beneficiaries and the surge in demand last year for a baby emergency relief package meant that we kept delaying integral warehouse, office and IT systems.
So since the end of November 2022, our fantastic volunteers have kindly spent hours of their time helping us transform and execute a change programme which finished at the end of February 2022.
New Unified Infrastructure:
Thanks to our seriously skilled volunteers, we’ve unified all our systems under one platform which will make the AngelBox process more transparent and streamlined reducing the amount of time it takes to process applications, assess parents, deliver emergency relief and the way in which we engage with parents.
From expanding our switchboard to building an entirely new AngelBox progress and notification system.
The entire AngelBox process previously known has been completely stripped back to its core and undergone a complete overhaul which has taken into consideration 3 years of input & feedback from parents and our referral partners.
As a result our warehouse, office and delivery volunteers now can execute there tasks 50% faster than they could previously which ultimately means we can now focus better on getting emergency relief packages out faster which also means notifications to parents and referrers are now clearer and faster than ever before.

To always wanted to evolve our website to give maximum benefit to our applicants and referrers and therefore we’ve completely overhauled our website, application portals and included many new features which make things more transparent and streamlined for everybody.

Our new AngelBox application portals are now more streamlined, accessible and user friendly, now clearly showing the parent eligibility criteria, what we can give to a newborn depending on their age and much more.
New Donations Portal & Dashboard
Our community enterprise in the last 3 years has supported over 1700 London Newborn’s and we’ve now launched a new initiative to attract more public donations something frowned upon since the day we were established.
Therefore we launched a new donations page which is quick, easy and secure giving donors the choice of many payment options and access to a new donor dashboard which includes your donation history, receipts and more.
