We’ve launched a new and intuitive AI assistant named Angel.
Angel is our first shot at utilising the powers of artificial intelligence and our innovative new feature is still in beta mode which means she’s still learning the ropes of our community enterprise, what we offer and archiving all the local health and support services available in the boroughs of London that we currently serve and beyond.
The aim of our AI Assistant is to increase our availability and access to our community services especially to Londoners who have language barrier or accessibility issues which prevents them from seeking much needed support.

As part of this new roll out we encourage all members of the public to ask questions and encourage her to learn as much as possible over the coming months so that she can feel very much part of the Basch Helps Team.
