We have changed the way you apply for an AngelBox

We have upgraded the way you apply for an AngelBox. Our new application forms are simpler and better designed for your convenience. 

If you have any queries about applying for an AngelBox or making a referral, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly staff members on 020 4551 8540.

For all AngelBox direct applicants please continue to visit our dedicated AngelBox page and apply. However if you have already received an AngelBox and you still require baby provisions, 2 months after your delivery and still face financial difficulty, please use our new top-up request form.

The way referrals by professionals from either local authority, social services or made by the health sector has also changed, you now have a dedicated portal to make referrals and top-up request on behalf of the clients or patients that are under your care or supervision.

If you work or volunteer for a school, charitable, community organisation or other public service that believes one of your clients can benefit from an AngelBox delivery then please use our newly opened portal and referral form.
