We cannot support your benefit application

In the past few weeks, Basch Helps CIC has had numerous calls with regards to benefit support services.

It is vitally important to declare that Basch Helps CIC is not related or funded by any UK government department nor are we a department or service of any London local authority.

Basch Helps CIC is an independent non-profit, our community services provide early intervention, emergency relief and welfare support services to existing and eligible new clients.

If you have been referred to us by a London local authority, charitable organisation partner or NHS department this doesn’t translate to being an internal department or extension of their existing infrastructure.

For Universal Credit & Housing Benefit Applications & appeals against rejection of claim:

Basch Helps CIC does not provide writing support to fill in your benefit applications on your behalf, neither do we have the capacity to support DWP rejections of your benefit claim.
