We are extremely privileged to announce that the Two Magpies Fund a key funder of the AngelBox community service has provided continuation funding at a time of great uncertainty for many London families amidst the challenges faced by the rising cost of living. This vital grant will support a 160 newborn’s aged 0 to 24 months with their own bespoke AngelBox emergency relief package of brand new baby essentials and equipment .
A lifeline has also been provided for siblings aged 3 to 10 years in allowing us to continue distribution of our much sought after educational activity pack which includes beautiful story books, colouring books, learning aids for the 3 core subjects taught at primary school level, stationary as well as a soft cuddly toy.
Furthermore the generosity of the grant extends to our efforts in bolstering our parent support services and the way our organisation promotes awareness of NHS services that can support them on a journey of hope and recovery as such to celebrate this outstanding news and thanks to the Two Magpies Fund we’re reintroducing the much sought after parent self-care vanity pack, a velvet pouch which is filled with goodies and often referred to by previous recipients as the ‘Me Time’ pouch.
All in all our founder Moosa Berjaoui says “The team at the Two Magpies Fund has blessed our AngelBox community service yet again with much needed funding which will secure a full life-cycle of vital emergency relief for babies and parental support to the London families we proudly serve on a daily basis, with well over 300 beneficiaries expected to be supported during the coming months into the Spring. Our team are profoundly excited by this announcement and look forward to achieving this magnificent feat for the 2nd year in a row thanks to our key funder the Two Magpies Fund.”
