Bailiff Action, Evictions, County Court Judgments, Private Loans, Loan Sharks the reasons behind this new wave of doorbells not being present is a rising cause for concern among our volunteer delivery teams.
If your struggling with a debt burden, talk to us about it at any stage of your AngelBox journey and we may be able to recommend support services that can convince debtors to accept a suitable repayment plan or advice you on alternative grants available to you in your local area as an alternative to borrowing money.
Increasingly we’re finding parents particularly those who have had their benefits sanctioned or have no access to public funds are constantly living in fear because of the mounting debt pile they have from loan sharks and private loans taken from friends and family to be repaid once they are granted a benefit decision. However mum’s have cited the ridiculous penalties and interest rates which puts them in a vicious cycle of paying the original sum 10 times over, they are often harassed and as a consequence their mental health has been shattered because there’s no solution insight.
Whilst some mum’s have cited eviction, credit card/catalogue debt and other debts which are now in the bailiff stage known as ‘Removal of Goods.’ or ‘Eviction Stage.’
Don’t do it & useful tips:
Borrowing money from an unregulated source such as a loan shark or taking out a private cash loan can have severe consequences of which some aren’t even legal.
So reject their advances, they know your vulnerable and simply want to take advantage
If you find yourself in a situation where your constantly being harassed, fear for your safety or that of your babies, are being coerced into doing things you don’t want to do.
Put an end too it straight away by calling the Police and reporting them to your local authority.
No one can force their way into your home without an official court order, so don’t let them in.
