Everyone at Basch Helps CIC apologises for ghosting our social media platforms but there’s so much work to do across Greater London and it requires maximum effort, it needs our undivided attention at all times because for us delivering on our promises to all our stakeholders from the newborn’s we support with our extensive baby essential support package to helping parents through trying times and spending nights reporting back to funders, referrers and community leaders is more important.
Maximum effort for us means volunteers delivering AngelBoxes well past midnight now, 7 days a week, it means answering our phones to distressed parents at 2:30am then going to see them thereafter, it’s about truly going that extra mile for our beneficiaries especially those who were born with medical conditions.
Demand for our services keeps growing and 3 years have literally flashed before our eyes and we keep evolving to offer a wonderful experience which is personal and transparent, our IT & Logistical transformations are now complete and overall parents and referrers seem happy with the way things have rolled out recently.
Overall we loved every minute and are all humbled by the friendliness and hospitality shown by the majority of the parents we’ve met and obviously went all gooey when we had a chance to interact with the 1700+ newborn’s we’ve supported with brand new baby essentials and equipment.
Lastly we will be back on the socials and updating our news more frequently, watch out as we have some exciting announcements and service improvements in the pipeline.
