Basch Helps CIC is proud to announce its 5th anniversary, marking five years of dedicated service to the most vulnerable individuals and families in London. Founded amidst the first lockdown of the Coronavirus pandemic, Basch Helps CIC has grown organically, overcoming numerous environmental & economical challenges to support over 8500 newborns through its AngelBox emergency relief package, has supported hundreds of parents in supporting their journey of hope & recovery, provided the guidance, signposting and information needed to empower themselves.
A Journey of Resilience and Growth
Since its inception in 2020, Basch Helps CIC has remained committed to its mission of relieving hunger and human suffering in London. The community enterprises journey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to provide essential support to those in need during unprecedented times. Through the dedication and passion of its team, volunteers, and funders, Basch Helps CIC has made a significant impact on the community, offering hope and assistance across the capital.
Innovative Initiatives and Community Impact
Over the past five years, Basch Helps CIC has launched several innovative initiatives aimed at addressing the diverse needs of the community. The AngelBox emergency relief package has been a cornerstone of the organisation’s efforts. This comprehensive package includes over 65 brand new baby essentials and equipment, such as a month’s supply of nappies, clothes, sheets, toiletries, toys, and a choice of equipment. Delivered within 72 hours anywhere in Greater London, AngelBox is designed to alleviate the health and social implications of childhood poverty.
Further to this we launched two new websites, expanded our warehouse and built unified user-friendly systems for all round transparency and much more.
