If your a direct applicant, the assessment process is changing. Effective immediately all parents whom apply via our website will be required to submit their documentation and proof of hardship before an AngelBox assessor can contact you.
After a successful trial over the summer, all direct applicants will be required to submit bank statements for both individual or joint bank accounts.
Further to this, our management committee have decided to not accept Working Tax Credit as proof of financial hardship and all Top-Up requests will need the applicant to submit both benefit and bank statements unless there support officer has logged in our systems otherwise.
