Basch Helps CIC, a community enterprise dedicated to supporting families and strengthening community ties, is proud to announce the launch of its Online Christmas Advent Calendar which can be found on our homepage just below the news.
From the beginning of December, parents can visit www.baschhelps.org each day to take part in a festive challenge. Behind every calendar door lies a daily question of the day. Parents who answer correctly will win a baby essential prize — from nappies and toiletries to clothing, sensory toys and more — helping to ease the burden during the holiday season.
To ensure fairness and keep a lid on our already squeezed pockets due to the high winter demand for our coveted AngelBoxes, prizes are limited to 20 winners per day.
In just the last seven days, Basch Helps CIC has already given away hundreds of baby essentials, demonstrating the immediate impact of this initiative which provides a glowing light of hope, a subtle glimmer of happiness in what is otherwise a very lonely .
“The humble spirit of Christmas is about giving, and our advent calendar is a way to share that spirit in a practical, meaningful way,” said Natalie, a committee member. “By offering baby essentials, we hope to bring comfort and joy to families who need it most.”
