We regularly update our catalogue of baby essentials and equipment which is available to order as part of your babies AngelBox.
Here’s a quick guide of everything thats on offer in accordance to the age group of the newborn or toddler.
We offer a simple 0-6 months AngelBox package for all babies yet to be born which includes brand new essentials & equipment.
Newborns aged 6 to 12 months have slightly more essentials & equipment on offer including food items and accessories.
Our growing up package for Toddlers aged between 12 to 24 months currently has a limited offering of only essentials.
Your Baby, Your Choice: All baby essentials & equipment provided is chosen by you during our telephone assessment.
We provide an average of 144 nappies per AngelBox in any size your baby desires plus upto 720 wet wipes.
Always provided in either packs of 3, 5 or 8
Our entire clothing range is made from 100% cotton with the exception of socks and some winter wear.

Our baby equipment range is available as part of your AngelBox and parents are entitled to a maximum of 2 items.
To apply for an AngelBox, you must be an individual or family that lives in London and are facing financial hardship and must be either heavily pregnant or have a newborn or toddler no older than 18 months of age.
Simply apply for the youngest of your children and mention in the additional information section that you have more than one child and their age.
Not at all. It’s a simple 3 part application form which helps us identify you and your circumstances, information about your baby and to get a basic understanding of the needs and how we can support you in the long-run.
You will receive an email confirmation of your application and will receive regular updates about the progress of your AngelBox request.
At Basch Helps CIC, we try our best to restock baby essentials and equipment on a weekly basis. If an item you have spotted on our website is currently not available its either because there’s not enough demand for the item yet or it’s on backorder which can take upto in some cases 2 weeks to arrive to our warehouse.
In all cases notify our telephone assessor and they’ll try their best to bug someone about restocking the item faster.
The simple answer is yes. Basch Helps CIC believes in full traceability of the baby items and equipment we offer as part of our AngelBox emergency relief package.
We never accept donated goods or second hand items.

The simple answer is it’s all about quality and safety. Every item that can be placed in your child’s AngelBox has been rigorously tested by fellow parents who also provide us with recommendations for new baby essentials or equipment we should offer as part of our emergency relief package.
No AngelBox is built the same.
Once your AngelBox assessment is complete, your babies AngelBox specifications are sent to our warehouse for packing.
After all the necessary checks the warehouse will update our system that your AngelBox is ready for delivery and your assessor will schedule a delivery based on availability in your area.
Normally all deliveries occur within 72 hours after packing. You’ll automatically receive a notification by email with a designated date and time as well as instructions if any on what to expect on the day.
We also send a WhatsApp message notifying you that your delivery is on it’s way and the delivery team will call you upto 1 hour before delivery to check if your home.
