Whether you’ve been referred or have applied directly to our community enterprise, rest assured you’ve been directed to an organisation which loves transparency and affords all parents the ability to freely choose what items their baby needs without worrying about hygiene, will it fit? or a myriad of conundrums that may occur when the prospect of someone helping your baby comes knocking at the door.

We offer a simple 0-6 months AngelBox package for all babies yet to be born which includes brand new essentials & equipment.

Can I apply
To apply for an AngelBox, you must be an individual or family that lives in London and are facing financial hardship and must be either heavily pregnant or have a newborn or toddler no older than 18 months of age.
I have more than one baby
Simply apply for the youngest of your children and mention in the additional information section that you have more than one child and their age.
- Our assessors will take care of the rest.
- Twins and Triplets will receive identical items in their own individual AngelBox.
Is the application form complicated
Not at all. It’s a simple 3 part application form which helps us identify you and your circumstances, information about your baby and to get a basic understanding of the needs and how we can support you in the long-run.
What happens after i've submitted my application
You will receive an email confirmation of your application and will receive regular updates about the progress of your AngelBox request.
I need an item thats out of stock
At Basch Helps CIC, we try our best to restock baby essentials and equipment on a weekly basis. If an item you have spotted on our website is currently not available its either because there’s not enough demand for the item yet or it’s on backorder which can take upto in some cases 2 weeks to arrive to our warehouse.
In all cases notify our telephone assessor and they’ll try their best to bug someone about restocking the item faster.
Is everything really brand new
The simple answer is yes. Basch Helps CIC believes in full traceability of the baby items and equipment we offer as part of our AngelBox emergency relief package.
We never accept donated goods or second hand items.
Because your baby deserves the best.
Why do you only supply certain brands
The simple answer is it’s all about quality and safety. Every item that can be placed in your child’s AngelBox has been rigorously tested by fellow parents who also provide us with recommendations for new baby essentials or equipment we should offer as part of our emergency relief package.
When will my baby get their AngelBox
No AngelBox is built the same.
Once your AngelBox assessment is complete, your babies AngelBox specifications are sent to our warehouse for packing.
After all the necessary checks the warehouse will update our system that your AngelBox is ready for delivery and your assessor will schedule a delivery based on availability in your area.
Normally all deliveries occur within 72 hours after packing. You’ll automatically receive a notification by email with a designated date and time as well as instructions if any on what to expect on the day.
We also send a WhatsApp message notifying you that your delivery is on it’s way and the delivery team will call you upto 1 hour before delivery to check if your home.
